This delicious dip was super easy to make but packed full of flavor!!
I needed a dip that I could whip up in no time, yet be super delicious. I have made hummus over and over and I wanted to step out of the box and go with something different. I cam across this recipe on “How Sweet It is” and I knew it was going to be super tasty.
My son helped me whip this up, and he just couldn’t stop eating it by the spoonful. It’s super healthy, super tasty, and super easy, couldn’t be any better than that
CILANTRO LIME WHITE BEAN DIP
- 1 15-ounce can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 clove of garlic, minced (more or less, depending on your tastes)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil (+ more to reach desired consistency)
- salt and pepper to taste
Add garlic and salt to food processor and chop roughly.
Dump in rest of the ingredients, and blend until creamy.
