Doomestic Productions Sunday Shares

It’s Sunday!  A day full of sleeping in, relaxing, and being lazy.  Ok well, in my mind that is how I wish Sunday’s would go.  But no worries, the smell of bacon is in the air, and the Transformers cartoon from the 80’s is on.  So while I have a minute to myself, I’m going to share with you some spectacular blogs that I find super helpful and inspiring.  There is a bit of a “Valentine” theme this week, even though I’m not much of a mushy gushy kind of girl.  However, I do break out the pink and hearts for my kids.  So check them out and enjoy!

#1~ come on, ilene!

Homemade DIY fish cookie cutter

This tutorial from “come on, ilene!” shows you how to make your own cookie cutters out of an aluminum can. Genius!  How did I not think of that?  It’s going to come in super handy when I have to make a sunglasses cookie cutter for some cupcakes I’ll be making in a few weeks!

#2~Hardly Housewives

Homemade DIY No Slip Socks

How cool of an idea!  “Hardly Housewives” shows how to make your own non-slip socks.  The possibilities are endless, and maybe my kids won’t slip as much when they are running through the house, even though they aren’t supposed to…

#3~ PIZZAZZERIE

Mini Red Velvet Milkshakes

Red Velvet anything is top notch in my book!  I’ll be trying these bad boys from “Pizzazzerie” out on Thursday for a Valentine’s Day dessert; I know my kids are going to love it, and so am I!

#4~ Meaningful Mama

Tie Dye Coffee Filter Hearts

Meaningful Mama” is full of easy kids crafts.  Even though I’m not a coffee person, I’m going to pick me up some coffee filters and have my kids make these adorable hearts.  Maybe hang them in our front window?!

#5~ OUR BEST BITES

Soap Clouds

Soap clouds, what???!!  This idea from “Our Best Bites” looks like a boat load of fun.  I’d like to know who thought of putting soap into the microwave, and what they were thinking, but I’m excited to try it out for myself :)

** I hope you find this list super helpful!  Feel free to rate this and leave a comment below, I’d love to hear from you!  Happy Sunday!
